1. Introduction
Welcome to Ironbloom Cakes. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (ironbloomcakes.com) and the purchase of our artisan custom cakes, wedding cakes, and dessert catering services. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Custom Cake Orders & Consultations
As an artisan bakery specializing in bespoke metallic and custom designs, each cake is handcrafted with precision. To ensure the highest quality:
- Consultations are required for all wedding and complex custom designs.
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your date in our production calendar.
- Final design approval must be submitted at least 21 days prior to the event date.
3. Artistic Integrity & Metallic Finishes
Ironbloom Cakes prides itself on an industrial chic aesthetic. While we strive for consistency, the nature of metallic leafing and artisanal baking means slight variations in shade and texture are a mark of our handmade process. We do not guarantee exact color matching for metallic finishes but promise a premium, artistic result.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date may receive a credit toward a future order, minus the initial deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable as specialty ingredients and artisanal labor have already been committed.
5. Delivery & Setup
We provide professional delivery within New York City and surrounding areas. Once the cake is delivered and set up at your venue, Ironbloom Cakes is no longer responsible for any damage caused by temperature, improper handling by venue staff, or environmental factors.
